Hair has been a life long passion for Dannica. In high school she braided hair and installed extensions, quickly developing a reputation as an talented stylist. Her senior year she interned under a stylist with over 20 years of experience. Shortly after graduation she decided to further her education by receiving her cosmetology license from Mitchell’s Academy in Cary, North Carolina. With extensive classroom and hands-on training, she began her career in hair.

After getting her license she worked in several salons to further her craft and gained experience working with a variety of textures. Over the years she acquired an extensive list of loyal clientele.

In 2016, she decided to venture onto an entrepreneurial journey founding the brand Elite Hair Group. For Dannica it is not just about styling hair, but about creating a memorable experience for her clients. She says “being a great stylist is about developing a genuine relationship with your clients by learning who they are and empowering them through beautiful hair styles.” Dannica’s priority is maintaining the integrity of her clients hair so she educates her clients on how to care for their hair to ensure long term healthy hair goals.

Dannica is developing a line of hair extensions and is running a private studio salon in North Raleigh, North Carolina.
